Your Treatment

All treatments are carried out with your full consent. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns before your session begins.
Clients who are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for them are advised to consult their GP or a qualified healthcare provider beforehand.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information prior to treatment. Omissions may lead to adverse effects for which Sa'ha Health cannot be held responsible.
Clients under 18 require parental or guardian consent before receiving any treatment.
Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian physically present throughout their session.

All appointments are by advance booking only. We do not accept walk-ins.
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your visit.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the loss of your deposit.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. We are unable to extend your appointment time to accommodate late starts.
Package deal payments are due in full upfront and are non-refundable.

Parking: Free parking spaces are available directly across from the salon. Please avoid the 1–2pm slot when spaces may be limited. Street parking is available approximately 2 minutes' walk away.
Transport: Bush Hill Park station is approximately 5 minutes' walk from Sa'ha Health.
CCTV: For the safety and security of both clients and staff, CCTV is in operation on the premises. Footage is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Access is restricted to management only.

Sa'ha Health is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any personal information you share with us is used solely for the purpose of managing your appointments and providing your treatments.
We will never share your data with third parties without your consent.
